need help

when i try to download a windowblind i only get the bigger view . i can`t download it the window doesn`t come up. can anyone help please?

"when i try to download a windowblind i only get the bigger view" Clicking on the preview picture will bring up a larger view. It sounds like thats what youre clicking on. You need to click on the button marked "download"

Have you tried 'right-clicking' and save-as ... on the 'download' link?

Hiya... it definately sounds like you are clicking on the preview button instead on the download link, i have a test bench PC that i use for anything, ive messed around with internet explorer and firefox settings, ive done allsorts, but i cannot get your problem to happen on that machine.

If you right click on the download button, assuming that is what you are trying to click in the firstplace, and click save target as you will then be prompted to give your file a name and click the save button.
